SHIPPING POLICY

At Black Heart Tees Clothing, we are committed to ensuring your orders are processed and delivered in a timely manner. Please review the updated shipping policy below.

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES

Due to ongoing challenges such as high demand and social distancing practices, orders may take 7-15 business days to process and ship. Orders are packed and shipped Monday through Saturday only.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking numbers are emailed to you as soon as your shipping label is printed.

DELIVERY ISSUES

My order says delivered, but I have not received it:

USPS is responsible for the delivery of your package. If your package is marked as “Delivered” but has not been received, we recommend:

Checking with neighbors or household members.

Contacting your local post office for assistance.

Allowing 24-48 hours as some packages may be scanned as delivered earlier than their actual arrival.

SHIPPING ADDRESS ISSUES

Black Heart Tees Clothing will NOT be held liable for shipping address discrepancies, including:

Lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping address information at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please email patrick@blackheartteesstore.com within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, we may not be able to make changes.

DELIVERY FAILURE

If your order is returned to us due to an address discrepancy, you will be fully refunded for your purchase. Please note that additional shipping costs may apply if you choose to reorder.

TRACKING STATUS: "PRE-SHIPMENT"

When your order's label is printed, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This indicates the shipping process has started. However:

Tracking updates may take several days as USPS scans your order into their system.

It is not uncommon for an order to remain in "Pre-shipment" status for multiple days.
